Shanghai Zhilian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. has always attached importance to the quality of after-sales service, and the pursuit of customer satisfaction has always been a powerful driving force for our enterprises to achieve the goal of being specialized and strong.

I. Basic services
1. We will install and debug the machine at customer’s factory, and the warranty period of the machine is one year. (Parts incorporated in the machine subject to normal wear and tear,or the damage was caused by improper use are not covered by the present warranty. Expendable parts are not including in the guarantee, such as cutter, belts, electrical heating element and so on.)
2. When customers buy new machines, we provide complete operating instructions and on-site technical guidance.
3. Provide free professional training to the customer's related maintenance personnel to ensure the normal operation of the customer's machine in the future.

II. We promise
1. The installation and startup of the new machine in the customer's factory will be completed jointly by our technicians and customer' employees.
2. Two trainings:
    1) During the new machine test at our plant, the customer can send 2 staffs for a training period of 7 days.
    2) After the acceptance of the new machine is completed at customer’s plant, we are responsible for providing pre-job technical training to the customer machine operators and maintenance personnel free of charge, and reaching a certain technical level.
3. During the machine running, if there is any failure (other than human factors) of the machine, we will give a definite reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice from the customer by phone or e-mail.
4. Supply all the mechanical parts we produce to customers, and give technical guidance.
5. We promise the above warranty service when the customer has performance failure in normal use. In addition, if otherwise specified in applicable national laws and regulations, we will comply with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Customers can consult related technical problems through our after-sales telephone & E-mail and get clear solutions.
